Love both of my daughter journals. Very unique. The only thing that wasn’t the best was the smell. I love the smell of books but these ones smelled musty. Guess I can air them out before Christmas...

The journal is exactly as pictured, very nice overall. However, nothing prepared me for the extremely strong chemical smell, which had a bad effect on my COPD, leaving me with burning airways. I'm glad I opened it up to check it out despite it being a Christmas gift; now it can hopefully air out by then. I would have hated to gift it in that condition!

The journals are lovely. I bought one for each daughter. I especially liked that it had lined and unlined paper inside so they can use it however they wish. I also liked that it had little pocket sleeves to hold momentos and one with a zipper. It's a perfect size as well and is well made.
